Heirloom Farms was established in 2002 as a 4-H project. It is still just a small operation run by the brothers, Justin and Michael Bopp. We here at Heirloom Farms pride ourselves on the excellence of homebred, homegrown cattle and dairy goats. Our motto is "Anyone can buy excelllence, but its true excellence if you breed it yourself". We hope you will enjoy looking at our cattle and goats. Please, all inquiries are welcome.
Justin Bopp - 17 (Owner, Cattle Manager)
Hi, My name is Justin Bopp. I started Heirloom Farms when I was nine years old. I just finished my freshman year at Enochs High School in Modesto. I am very involved in my local 4-H and FFA groups. This past summer, I was a member of the Junior Division National Champion in the Holstein Association Dairy Bowl Contest. This was an amazing honor for I had won two years in a row. I will be competing again in the senior division in June. I started out with just one animal, Long Distance Hallmark Bertie. She grew up to be a great cow as well as a great foundation for the Jerseys in the herd. Our first home bred cow was a Jersy by the name of Heirloom Brazo June. She did very well as a heifer and was scored VG88 as a cow. She passed away on May 20th with Johne's. We also have several great Holsteins. I hope you enjoy our fine homebred cattle.
